Healthy and Yummy Laddu

We bring to you a nutritious sweet, shared by our member Ms N. Chakraborty, which she had learnt when it was distributed to the people staying in the rural areas.

Ingredients:
● Flour 1 cup
● Roasted bengal gram flour (chhatu) 1cup
● Sugar (powdered) 2 cups
● White sesame seeds 2 tbsp
Ghee 2 tbsp


Method:
Heat the pan, then add the sesame seeds and dry roast, add flour and roast until slight brown and then keep aside. Add ghee to the pan and add the (chhatu). Fry well, and then add the roasted flour. Mix well. Turn off the gas and add powdered sugar and mix evenly. When the mixture cools, take a little quantity of it in your palm and shape it into a laddu.
