Support Elders Launches Smart Ring-enabled Preventive Care Solution

Support Elders has introduced a smart ring as part of its new Digital Tracking and Monitoring (DTM) solution, which offers tech-enabled, non-intrusive support for elders. The ring, worn on a finger, syncs via Bluetooth with the member’s smartphone and tracks key health metrics like heart and respiration rate, sleep quality, and skin temperature. Members may choose to monitor their vitals independently, or, for a fee, opt for remote monitoring by our CNC team. As part of the paid model, blood pressure—vital to health assessment—is measured regularly by our staff. These readings help our partner doctors establish individual baseline parameters, which form the foundation for predictive care and emergency response planning. Members can also add Care Integrator (CI) services, where trained staff assist with tracking, interpretation, and doctor coordination, enabling a more holistic and personalised care experience.
