Support Elders Turns Twelve: A Family Built Around Care

On 29 August this year, we turned twelve—twelve years of growing into a dependable, innovative, technology-driven organisation that has a voice in global eldercare. From a single office in Kolkata, we have built a strong presence in multiple cities, including Bengaluru. In our early days, “care” meant medical emergency response services. Today it stands for assistance with ADL (Activities for Daily Living), CWP (Cognitive Wellness Practice), CHP (Chronic Healthcare Practice), and much more.
As we look back on our journey, we are most thankful for the large family we have gathered around us. Ours is a family that includes thousands of members—elders and their kin—around India and across the globe. Our family also includes our caregivers, who strive daily to deliver care and support to our elders. There are others who may not always be visible, and some may never be seen at all. Behind every caregiver who rings a doorbell lies an entire system of support and coordination. From tech personnel to tracking officers, daily callers to accountants, vendors to data analysts, a complex machinery of care is ticking day and night in the background. It comprises real people who quietly ensure everything runs smoothly. And as our suite of offerings increases, so does this family, backing up our promises with efficiency and accountability.
We are continuing to redefine compassionate, tech-backed care with systems and processes that make eldercare more accessible, responsive, and effective. As we move forward, our focus remains clear: to make empathetic, professional, and comprehensive care available to more and more elders.
