We have introduced our new and improved smart watch as part of our Digital Tracking and Monitoring (DTM) solutions. For the first time, we are bringing preventive care and emergency readiness together in one device and linking it with our Support Elders Member app.
Worn comfortably on the wrist, the watch tracks key health parameters including SpO₂, heart rate, blood pressure, skin temperature, and step count. Readings are securely updated every 5–6 minutes and reflected on the Member App, enabling uninterrupted remote-health monitoring and helping establish individual baselines for better-informed care.
In an emergency, the dedicated SOS button connects the wearer instantly to our 24×7 National Alarm Centre through two-way voice communication. Real-time location tracking further strengthens our ability to respond swiftly and coordinate support. Designed to be non-intrusive yet dependable, the watch comes with a one-year software guarantee.
