Support Elders at the New Frontiers of Eldercare

Eldercare is making rapid strides in keeping pace with technological advances. At the same time, technology experts are responding to the evolving needs of the eldercare sector.
Support Elders has been at the forefront of these innovations and conversations on global forums. At ARDSI Calcutta’s Online Caregiver Meet, Mr Supratik Gupta, CSO, spoke about the ways in which technology can support dementia care. In his virtual talk at the 12th International Conference on Aging & Gerontology in Tokyo, he addressed the gaps in technology-enabled solutions for cognitive wellness and mental well-being.
It is time for holistic care to move beyond traditional approaches and harness technology to capture gestural and behavioural changes. Such innovations could help us identify emerging concerns, make more accurate care predictions, and strengthen preventive care.
