Support Elders is aware of the need of holistic support for its members. Remote health monitoring 24x7, by our Command and Control (CNC) team, helps analysis of Early Warning Score (EWS). Our specially trained Care Integrators (CI) physically monitor the devices installed, observe and collect health data which are then sent to our panel of doctors for further analysis and advise on predictive and preventive care for each of our members. These reports are provided to the member's family as well, which gives them peace of mind even at a distance. Also there are dedicated teams to ensure safe and secure outings and activities to remain socially connected. This allows them to stay happy, healthy, and live independently in their own homes.
