Introducing Well@Home Level 3

We are now ready with our WAH Level 3 solution, specially designed for advanced orthopaedic care. This service combines our existing techbased, remote health-monitoring features and personalised care with specialized orthopedic services from trained Care Integrators, focusing on wound care, physiotherapy management, and mental health support. The service also includes visits from Care Coordinators, who act as liaisons between the patient and their surgeon, evaluate mobility risks at home, and monitor the patient's nutritional needs. With real-time health updates, emergency alerts, and dedicated ortho-centric support, WAH Level 3 ensures a seamless recovery journey for our members.

Support Elders at Asansol

Through our conversations with healthcare professionals in Durgapur, we came to understand that the senior citizens of nearby Asansol needed our services. On 21 August, Support Elders opened its first office in city. We feel blessed to be able to connect with the people in the city and hope to serve more elders in the future.
