Captivating Kashmir
Our member Ms M. De had a heavenly experience in Kashmir, in the lap of nature. She describes the best of Kashmir and the snowfalls during the summer months, when most of the country experiences scorching heat.I recently had the privilege of visiting Kashmir with fourteen of my friends. The unspoilt, untamed valleys of Kashmir is what I'd always heard of, but what I experienced was beyond imagination.
The breathtaking sights of the Tulip Garden in Srinagar, the Dal Lake with its shikaras and the snow covered Gulmarg were spectacular. The gondola and snow bike ride were particularly remarkable.
