Support Elders at a regional seminar on 'The Ageing Population'

On 14th & 15th March, Calcutta Metropolitan Institute of Gerontology (CMIG) had invited eminent speakers from different disciplines to speak on the “Emergence of Dynamic Ageing in the 21st century: An Integral Movement Towards the Final Frontier”. Ms Mousumi Gupta, AVP - ECS, Support Elders, spoke on 'Lifelong Learning : A way to Graceful Ageing' and its incorporation by Support Elders, keeping in mind its positive impact. Ms Indrani Chakraborty, Secretary CMIG, Gerontologist, spoke on Lifelong Learning of under privileged senior citizens. Mr Supratik Gupta, Chief Solutions Officer, Support Elders, highlighted facts related to how technology plays a pivotal role in taking care of the physiological and cognitive needs of the elderly to enable them to live independently. Mr. Sukhwant Grewal, President, Support Elders spoke about the impact of Support Elders' integrated care.
