Dear Reader,
Wish all of you a very Happy 2023!
May this year bring us happiness, peace
and good health. Although Covid and
its variants do not seem very keen to
bid us a final goodbye, we have had to
move forward, taking this to be the new
normal. In fact, we at Support Elders are
all set to make up for the last two years
of social distancing. Having bid farewell
to 2022 with picnics and day-trips, we
began this year with a lovely lunch at
Tolly Club. We are extremely encouraged
to see the enthusiasm with which our
members have embraced the outings
and get-togethers we are putting
together.
We, on our part, will continue to stand
by our members through thick and
thin, often going beyond the call of
duty, as we did before and through the
pandemic. We have also withdrawn the
restrictions that we had to put on our
service delivery during the pandemic.
We are continuously enhancing our
solutions and strengthening our
technology backend to ensure that
we remain ahead of the curve. Your
suggestions and advice in this regard are
invaluable to us, which we continuously
evaluate and try to incorporate.
We have already introduced a couple
of new solutions under our Well@Home
range of solutions and a few more are
on the anvil.
